Return and Exchange Cases

  • Products can be returned or exchanged if there is a defect in the product.
  • A return or exchange request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Products

  • Perishable products such as flowers cannot be returned after delivery unless there is a clear issue upon receipt.
  • Custom-designed gifts are not eligible for returns.
